Transcription Process Consulting: This is a consulting service and involves Business Process Reengineering of the Client Processes. The idea is to keep the clients process in sync with the latest industry standards. The service can be extended to include any of the above services at any stage of implementation. The terms are per case basis.

Document Migration Services: This is a specialized service given as a technology extension to ensure one point of contact for all the client's Medical Transcription and Documents Management needs. As per this service the documents/records are migrated from legacy to latest open technologies.

Customized Solutions: We are focused towards complete customer delight and are always willing to provide customized solutions to our customers as per their needs. We plan to extend our services to include complete technology and Transcription BPO needs of our clients.

Total Content Outsourcing: The business processes and support systems of the customer are not included in this type of contract. The outsourcing is limited to the content and document management for the client. The Data Center is maintained and managed by Atlantis software Inc. The terms are based on per line, per minute or volume price. Maintenance of Data Center is included in the charges.

Extended Network Solution: This is a customized, hybrid solution that gives the customer access to Atlantis Software Inc voice capture systems, transcription platforms and distribution tools. Content is assigned to Atlantis software Inc through standard gateways that can be used to enhance client's own applications. The terms are subject to client's requirement and usage volumes.
